Husbandman
December 30, 2025"I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman" (John 15:1).
My Heavenly Father is the Caretaker.
He is the Protector.
He is the Shield.
He is the Sustainer.
He is the Trainer.
He is the Educator.
The Greek word translated "husbandman" involves all those shades of meaning. As the husbandman trains the branches of a vine, so God trains the branches of the Body of Christ.
And remember, God is love!
Confession: Jesus is the true vine. I am a branch. My Father is the husbandman. He is my Caretaker, my Protector, my Shield, my Sustainer, my Trainer, my Educator. I will bear much fruit!
