Some people think if they have faith to be healed, they’ll automatically be healed. That’s not true. Although faith is necessary, nothing will happen until we act on our faith—act on what we believe. As a crippled man listened to Paul preach the Gospel, Paul perceived that he had faith to be healed (Acts 14:9–10). Yet, the man’s faith alone didn’t heal him. It wasn’t until Paul commanded him to stand up—and he acted—that he was healed.
The same is true in our lives today. Jesus already obtained our healing and everything we’ll ever need in life. But it’s up to us to act on our faith and receive God’s best!
