When Lazarus rose from the dead, as described in John chapter 11, he came out of the grave still bound by grave clothes. Jesus commanded His disciples to "loose him, and let him go!" Many people today are like Lazarus. Although they are born again, they are still bound by sin, sickness, oppression, and fear. They'll never be set free and live the life God wants them to have until we use the power and authority God has given us in Christ. We have a job to do!
