Winter Bible Seminar — Wrap Up

Article WBS WrapUP

The Wednesday-through-Friday services at Winter Bible Seminar provided a strong ending to a dynamic week!

Pastor Kenneth W. Hagin continued to teach about the role of angels in our lives. According to the Bible, they are ministering spirits to us that have received salvation. They are here to help and protect us, even if we don't see them.

On Thursday night, Pastor Hagin had a special message for the Rhema Family: Don't underestimate the value of faith! Whenever you preach, make sure to preach all the subjects in the Bible, with faith as your foundation.

During the rest of the 10:30 morning services, Rev. Lynette Hagin taught further in depth about living consecrated lives unto God. She gave three keys to revival: Repentance, prayer, and commitment. She encouraged attendees to walk in love and forgiveness with one another.

Those attending also heard uplifting messages from the RBTC USA instructors. During the 8:30 and 9:30 morning sessions, the speakers taught on strengthening our faith, how to have peace in the storms of life, and many other encouraging topics.

Friday night, Pastor Hagin closed out Winter Bible Seminar 2018 with a powerful healing service. He taught those present how to receive healing, then laid hands on all the people who came forward. Many were healed!

Check out a little piece of WBS 2018:

"In life, you'll have opportunities every day to practice forgiveness." //Lynette Hagin

"Before you start a pity party, let the Word of God arise in your heart!" //Craig Hagin

"The systematic set discourse of God's Word from our lips form the building blocks of the life of faith." //Tad Gregurich

"God has a blueprint. When God made you, He made you with a blueprint of purpose." //Dan Taylor

God's Interruptions: Can you help me?

By Lynette Hagin

The Day of the Lord is coming soon, and it’s time that we are about our Father’s business. Most of us lead fast-paced lives, and we can become so busy doing natural things that we neglect what God would have us do. Although there are many legitimate things we must do, we don’t want to become so engaged in activities that we miss doing what is truly important.

In my own life, I’ve found that I can be too focused on my agenda. I love checking off the tasks I’ve written on my “to-do” list. And once I get started on a task, I don’t want to be interrupted until I’ve finished it.

Winter Bible Seminar — Midweek Report

Denise Hagin Burns Winter Bible Seminar

What a strong start to Winter Bible Seminar 2018! Pastor Hagin started a series of messages on the covenant we have with God. It's vital to know our rights and privileges. We have a much better covenant with better promises! The surety of the covenant is Jesus Christ, our mediator. It's also important to know that our covenant is based on Jesus' blood — it cannot be broken. Because of the blood, we're entitled to the new covenant and all it's benefits!

Lynette Hagin spoke on the importance of living a holy, consecrated life unto God. If we want revival to come, it starts with us. We need to live according to the Word of God, and reject the things of this world that can pollute our minds. How do we do this? By communing with the Father and reading the Bible every day.

Other speakers included Rhema Bible Training College instructors.

Here are some powerful quotes from all the speakers:

"The power of the blood of Jesus is the key to the new covenant!" //Kenneth W. Hagin

"It's so important that we don't take the things of God for granted." //Lynette Hagin

"It's a choice to let the peace of God rule in your heart." //Denise Hagin Burns

"Every one of us can find a justification to resign. Have a resignation prevention plan." //Joe Duininck

"Sin will cause you to not live to your full potential." //Doug Jones

"The enemy wants you to quit your faith and just 'put up' with life." //Kirk Dubois

We are looking forward to all God has to tell us the rest of the week! To catch all the services live, you can watch on rhema.tv. They will be archived afterwards on vimeo.com/rhema.

The Last Word Wins (7)

Article Pic1// Kenneth W. Hagin

Whether we realize it or not, words can be weapons. And most of us have found ourselves embroiled at some time in a war of words, even if we would never fight with our fists. Words can be more powerful than a boxing punch and cut more deeply than any knife. When used as weapons, words are able to mutilate and destroy.
