[Editor’s note: Faith Library Publications has published more than 200 titles with about 70 million copies in print. In 1980 one of those books, the mini book The New Birth, found its way into the hands of college student Tad Gregurich. What follows is an account of how that book helped him know Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Today Rev. Gregurich is dean of RHEMA Bible Training Center.]
When you find yourself in a crisis situation, how do you respond? I have always found that a person’s true foundation comes out when you observe them in a crisis situation.

The Bible is a mystery book until we find the key that opens it. Then it ceases to be a mystery and becomes a message. Death has been a mystery in all ages.
Science stands utterly mute in death’s presence and is unable to explain it. Philosophy turns poetical when it meets this dread enemy of man. And theology has dealt only in generalities when attempting to explain it.
