RHEMA Grads in Action

Chris Musgrove is Taking the Gospel to Public Schools-and Seeing Results

When Chris Musgrove, a 1985 graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center, started doing full-time evangelism in 2004 it was a step of faith. He left a comfortable position as a pastor to start Future Now, a ministry focused on doing outreaches to public schools. With four children to feed, Chris and his wife, Terri, decided to follow the way God was leading them. Four years, 185 school assemblies, 83,636 students, and 9,306 decisions for Christ later, he is still walking by faith! And it has all been worth it to see the lives of youth changed forever.

One student wrote Chris and said, “One of my closest friends who attended [your] event is getting baptized this Sunday. He’s one of my best friends and it’s so amazing to see how his life turned around. I just wanted to thank you for everything . . . not only my closest friend, but many others either were saved or rededicated.”

Chris’ heart beats for ministry, but he also knows the importance of returning ‘home.’ “I would encourage people to try to get to RHEMA at least once a year,” Chris said. “A lot of times we say, ‘I don’t have the time or the money.’ For us it is a major investment of time and finances, but it always pays dividends. You were connected there for a reason. You can’t afford not to. You’re going to get the Word and the Spirit of God will minister to you, but you also get the extra benefits of forming new relationships or rekindling old ones.”

And what better time to return home than for RHEMA Worldwide Homecoming 2009 when graduates from the RBTCs around the world will come to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma for a massive reunion. This is an event you don’t want to miss! Click here to learn more.
