A Christmas Wish: From Stressed to Blessed

Stress is something we have to deal with continually. Actually, this time of year there seems to be more stress on people. But God wants to help us with our stress!

Psalm 40:4 says, "Blessed is that man who makes the Lord his trust" (NKJV). You could also read this verse, "Stressed is that man who does not make the Lord his trust." Our Heavenly Father wants us to trust Him. He does not want us to live stressed out!
