Winter Bible Seminar: Friday February 19

Friday morning, February 19. “Have you ever felt like giving up?” asked RHEMA Bible Training Center instructor Jeanne Orrison of the congregation at the start of the 8:30 session. At times, everyone reaches the end of his rope and feels like quitting, she said. But through her message, “His Grace Is Sufficient,” she encouraged her hearers to do as Jesus did in the garden of Gethsemane. He went boldly to the throne of grace in His time of need and received grace and mercy to help Him go on!

At 9:30, RBTC instructor Doug Jones taught profoundly on the term unconditional. Dissecting verse after verse, he encouraged those in his audience not to consider the current condition of the recipient, but to love that person unconditionally. He exhorted employees to treat their employers with unconditional respect and urged spouses to love their partner with unconditional love.

Friday, February 19. Winter Bible Seminar attendees once again flooded the altar as Lynette Hagin closed out a week of morning sessions on prayer. Lynette prayed that a passion for God would be stirred up in the people as they returned home. She prayed that once that passion was kindled, they would not let it die but keep it burning like a mighty fire. “If you ask for passion,” she said, “God will accommodate you. So stir it up—stronger and stronger. It’s time for us to show our world what Heaven looks like.”
