Create a network. Even children with two parents need other adults in their lives to grow up well-rounded. And you need the help! Get your family, neighbors, school friends, church friends, or other single parents involved in your lives. Ask God to help bring just the right influences. Arrange play dates, swap babysitting, trade chores and car pooling, go on outings together, barter for things you need, and so forth. Don’t be isolated!
