Don and Toni May

Don and Toni have a passion for indigenous people groups around the world. They served as full-time missionaries in rural Mexico from 2017 to 2020. In 2021, they teamed up with Foundations for Nations, in Wyoming, which is dedicated to serving the Native Americans on the Wind River Indian Reservation and the surrounding community. 

In April 2022, Don and Toni left the mission field to attend Rhema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with the goal of gaining a deeper level of ministerial training and increase their effectiveness on the mission field. In May 2024, Don graduated from the two-year program at RBTC and Toni graduated from the Rhema School of World Missions. Don and Toni have joined the Rhema Norway Team and will be assisting Brad and Anna Spangler with the re-launch of the bible school in Sarpsborg, Norway. Rhema Norway has a vision to reach the Nordic Nations which includes Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Greenland and the Faroe Islands with a focus on the following priorities:

  • Bible Schools (RBTCs)
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Church planting & Evangelism
  • Book Translation

Toby & Michele Avery

Avery Toby

Toby ('95,'96) and Michele (UK Grad '22) serve as national Directors for Rhema UK & Ireland and Pastors of His Life Church in South London.

They have been ministering in various capacities in the UK since the 1990's and now focus their time on training believers and developing leaders to enable the great commission to be fulfilled. They are passionate about seeing people step into their gifts and callings and seeing strong, healthy churches planted.
Together, they love serving God, their 3 kids, their dog Peppa, and coffee!

Angela Pallassino

pallassino angelaFrance

Angela graduated from Rhema Bible Training College's School of Biblical Studies in 2015 and the School of World Missions in 2020. In the years between her time at RBTC, Angela taught preschool, nannied, and coached "micro" soccer for a sports ministry.

After Rhema School of World Missions, she continued to teach and nanny, joined the Rhema Europe, Africa, and Middle East (REAME) expansion team, and interned with Salley Ministries for three months.

In January 2022, Angela moved to France and has served in varying positions as called upon since. She treasures this nation, and she is excited to see the Holy Spirit move in the hearts of its people. Along with her work in France, she will also continue to serve on the REAME  team.

Zach Holderness

Zach Holderness studied at Rhema for 2 years graduating in 2019 and was ordained through RMAI in 2020. In 2020 Zach moved to Brazil to work with a ministry called Dunamis movement in association with Zion Church, in 2021 he moved to Lisbon, Portugal to plant a Zion church in the city and start the Dunamis Base in Europe. In 2022 & 2023,  Zach went back to Brazil to assist with the Music label and then the Zion Church Global office. With a continued passion to see a move of God in Europe, Zach accepted the call to move back to Europe and contend for revival. 

Currently residing in the Black Forest region of southwest Germany serving as the Crusade Director for the Reviving the World and Nights of Hope.  Nights of Hope is a project within Reviving the World ministries aimed at bringing city wide gospel crusades into the western world to see the gospel preached, the churches, filled, and revival flooding the streets.

Theo & Veronica Koerner

Koerner Theo

Dresden, Germany

Theo graduated from Rhema USA in 2003 and moved to Peru with his wife Veronica in 2004, where they served in Rhema Peru, also as instructor and translator, until 2013. Then they moved with their kids to Spain, where they pastored for 3 years. In 2016 they moved to Germany, and are currently pastoring a church in Dresden since 2018. Theo is also an instructor in Rhema Germany and Greece. Their desire is to be a blessing to the Body of Christ with the message of faith and the love of God in all Germany, Europe and the whole world.
