// Kenneth W. Hagin

Have you ever asked yourself, "What's the use?" You felt as if you were down for the count and about to be defeated. Maybe you're feeling that way right now. I want to encourage you—don't quit! Rely on God and keep going in faith. Your success is not far off.

Jesus The Answer To Your Problems

the answer2

// Craig Hagin

JESUS IS ALWAYS the answer. He's the answer before and during our problems. He does not change (Heb. 13:8). He will do everything the Word says He will do.

Romans 10:13 (NKJV) says,
"'Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.' " Most of us probably think of this as a salvation scripture—and it is. Jesus is our Savior, and one day we'll be in Heaven with Him. But He is not just our Savior ultimately. Jesus is our Savior in any situation we're going through.

The Word: Handle With Caution

rhema highlight

 // Rhema College Weekend Instructor Highlight

James 1:22 tells us that we don't want to be just hearers of the Word. We want to be doers. But what does that look like? And how can we be sure we handle the Word correctly? Here are some cautions—some do's and don'ts—we should watch out for as we handle this Word of life.

Can the Word Heal You?

Timeless Teaching

// Kenneth E. Hagin

There is a healing anointing that's available today to heal sick bodies. And we can tap into that healing flow by faith. But did you know we can get the same results even when that anointing is not in manifestation? We can receive healing anytime by acting in faith on the Word.

Rhema Haiti Graduation
Charter class graduations are always exciting. Rhema Haiti's first commencement was especially touching. On November 1, 2012—less than two years after a devastating 7.0 earthquake struck this island nation—Rhema Haiti opened its doors. It may not have seemed like a good time to start a Bible school. Much of Haiti's capital city, Port-au-Prince, looked as though recovery had barely started.

The Redline

The Koenigsegg CCXR is one of the fastest cars in the world. In 2.9 seconds it goes from zero to 62 mph. In another 6 seconds you'll reach 125 mph.

I once had an opportunity to drive this car on a two-mile airstrip. What I realized about driving at high speeds is that your perspective changes. You don't have a sense of how fast you're going or how quickly danger can come upon you.

The Value of Friendship

value of friendship

 // Kenneth W. Hagin

IN LIFE there are various types of relationships that we can be involved in. There is the divine relationship between God and man, the marriage relationship between husband and wife, and the family relationship between relatives. But there is another relationship that is very important, and that is our friendships.

Friendships can be a great blessing to our lives. Christian friends can help us achieve our goals and dreams. In the Bible we learn about many types of relationships. Let's see what Jesus said about the value of friendship.

Obeying The Command To Go

 // Rhema's Varsity Youth Spread the Gospel

Winning the lost is important to Kenneth W. Hagin. He never likes to end a service without giving people an opportunity to accept Christ as Savior. That same love for the lost has been instilled in the hearts of Rhema Bible Church members of all ages.

That's why Denise Burns, the church's Student Ministries pastor, took a team of 19 teens and 11 Varsity Youth leaders to Bogotá, Colombia, over spring break in March.

Doing the Works of Jesus on Spring Break

peru

 // Rhema Missions

INSTEAD OF lounging on the beach during spring break, some Rhema Bible Training College students head to the mission field. Their goals: share Christ, get people saved, lay hands on the sick, and see God's miraculous power at work.

In March three student/alumni teams fanned out to Trujillo, Peru; Bangkok, Thailand; and a Navajo reservation in Shiprock, New Mexico.

Psalms, Hymns, and Spiritual Songs

IT'S GOD'S PLAN for Christians to be continually filled with the Holy Spirit and worship in the Spirit. The way we maintain a continual infilling and walk in the Spirit is through speaking divinely inspired utterances to the Lord.

These divinely inspired utterances can have several different means of expression. One way is to magnify and worship God in other tongues. We see this in Acts 10:46: "For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God." Paul also mentioned several other expressions.

Celebrating America's Freedom

Tim and Doria Custer from Tulsa drove across town to attend Rockets Over Rhema. The couple arrived hours early to find the perfect patch of grass from which they could watch the beautiful fireworks display light up the night. For them, Rockets Over Rhema means time spent together enjoying food, fellowship, and Christian music, and celebrating America's freedom.

Seed Thoughts September 2015

 // Lynette Hagin

"The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be Like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail." -Isaiah 58:11 (NIV)

Have you ever watched circus performers walk a tightrope? Every time I see that act, I am anxiously trusting that the performer will get to the other side. Of course, maintaining balance is the key. If the performer does not maintain balance, he will most certainly fall off. And without a safety net, this could possibly mean his death.
