The Lord That Heals
//Kenneth W. Hagin
The statue of divine healing was first established in the Old Testament when God revealed Himself to the children of Israel as Jehovah Rapha, “The Lord that healeth.”
‘The Pain Was Gone’
At 21 years old, Caitlin Lambert has a bright future. With plans to receive a degree in Interior Decorating, she is full of life, dreaming big, and praising Christ for healing her of a chronic stomach condition.
Enjoying Life and Health
//Timeless Teaching of Kenneth E. Hagin
“My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh."
— Proverbs 4:20–22
Treasures in Darkness: Fighting for Those Who Can’t Fight for Themselves
//Lana Vasquez, Thailand
On any given day, you could find Joy* running barefoot on the streets of a small border town in Thailand. She spent her time digging in the trash looking for recyclables to sell or begging in front of the local stores with her two-year-old sister on her hip.
The Savannah Story
As a father, at one point the words I wanted to hear from my daughter, Savannah, more than anything else were, “Dad, will you snuggle with me?” And my wife, Jodi, and I would always snuggle with her in our bed.
Conquering Fear
People often become fearful when diagnosed with a life threatening illness. Time and time again, I have seen fear grip people’s hearts when doctors tell them that there is nothing more medical science can do for them.
Seed Thoughts
“The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail .” -Isaiah 58:11 (NIV)
The things we hear over and over again are what automatically come to us when we need to know that information. For instance, my third grade teacher put such an emphasis on the multiplication tables that someone can call out numbers such as “eight times nine” and my immediate response is “72.” I received that knowledge 57 years ago, yet it is still deeply embedded in my memory. It is there because I practiced those multiplication tables so much and because I have continued using that knowledge each day. Therefore those math formulas have become an automatic response in my life when I need them.
