Christmas Lights Review—Lighting Ceremony
There's nothing like Christmas lights to make everyone feel like a kid again! On Wednesday, November 21, hundreds of people packed the Rhema Park to count down and flip the switch on a brilliant display of two million lights. As Santa greeted kids throughout the park, the Rhema children's choir entertained the crowd. When the lights came on, the oohs and aahs couldn't be contained. Young and old alike eagerly made their way throughout the park and around the campus to take in every twinkling light.
As Pastor Kenneth W. Hagin noted, the Christmas Lights Extravaganza is Rhema's opportunity to show the community that Jesus is the light of the world. This year marks 30 years of Rhema doing exactly that.
If you're in the Broken Arrow area, stop by and check out this unforgettable display of lights, 5:30–11:30 p.m. now through New Year's Day. www.rhema.org/Christmas
