This course of study is designed for graduates of RHEMA Bible Training Center who desire to deepen and enhance their knowledge, skills, and experience in the area of pastoral ministry. The program will greatly benefit those called to be Senior Pastors as well as those who will serve as Associate Pastors, giving them a distinct edge as they take their place in ministry.

Classroom courses will be offered, along with a variety of internal (RHEMA Bible Church) and external (local community) practicums. Practicums are considered on-the-job training and are designed to give the students hands-on ministry experience, both inside and outside the church.

While there will be a significant amount of hands-on training, classroom instruction is also a strong component of this program.
