The Andrews have lived in and worked in central and South America for 25 years. They endeavor to carry out the plan that God gave them before their arrival.

They are the Founders and Pastors of ?La Comunidad Carismatica de Lima?. Seminars and Campaigns are frequently held throughout the country to strengthen the local Pastors and leaders.

RHEMA Peru was founded by them and is still under their leadership. They also serve as RHEMA Directors for Central and South America.

Semillas de Vida (Seeds of Life)

Camilo & Maritza's call has been to help develop leaders who know God to impact their communities, filling up Colombia and the nations of the World with the knowledge of His Glory. They work with pastoral associations throughout the country and through businessmen and government officials, creating a change starting from within and from the top down. An emphasis of their ministry is understanding the Kingdom of God, its operation and its implementation through faith in every dominion on the earth.

PERU

Comunidad Cristiana Familiar Amor Eterno

Fernando and Miriam are pastors of Comunidad Cristiana Familiar Amor Eterno in Lima, Peru, since 1996; member of the "Red Apostolica Internacional" ministries, which also is in Lima. During this period of time, they have planted other churches in the suburban areas of Lima, Huancayo and recently in Pucallpa. They also started a church in Votorantim/Brazil. Their primary focus is to train up the saints to do the work of the ministry. The training includes a Bible Seminar, Annual Conference, workshop seminars, etc.

Charles Dean Ministries International, Inc.

Charles is a Rhema graduate of Rhema Tulsa while Ximena is a graduate of Rhema Peru. Both or ordained ministers under the Rhema Alumni Association of Rhema USA. He is serving on the mission field in Arequipa, Peru, with his wife Ximena, His first trip to Arequipa was the summer of 1994 and his second trip was in 1997 through 1998. Presently he is in the midst of his third trip to Arequipa, Peru, where he has been serving since September of 2000. He started off serving in one of the largest church there working with leaders and volunteers, training and equipping them to serve better in the church in the helps ministry. He eventually was promoted to the leader of all the helps ministry where he then was promoted to the pastor of the helps ministry leading more than 400 volunteers.

In 2009 he and Ximena since a call in teir hearts to help smaller churches in and around the Arequipa area, since then they have been independent in the work they are doing, able now to be a blessing to more pastors and churches. They host a coffee break for pastors in Arequipa and one in Puno and Juliaca combined for pastors and leaders as well as seminars, conferences, bible school studies and special services in all three cities throughout the year.

​Their heart is to be a blessing to pastors as well as helping them to develop and equip their people to do the work of the ministry more effectively and run with the pastor's vision! By doing all these things, with the prayers and financial support of their Faith Ministry Partners they are able to be "Extra Hands for Pastors!"
