We have a barbecue the night we arrive The next day we have meetings and food, fellowship, and then we head home on Saturday after breakfast. The $30 covers office cost and barbeque. Details are still being worked out and activities are being worked out so some things may change. Hotel rates will be made available during later part of January 2024.
