This time is designed with you in mind. We always have great times of fellowship with one another. Our speakers always bring a fresh and inspiring word. You should also receive a letter in the mail with these same details. This meeting will follow a similar format to the previous couple of years. We are excited to announce that Rev. Doug Jones will be speaking to us during the meetings. Rev. Doug Jones is a 1975 graduate of Rhema Bible Training College. In 1981 he joined the RBTC teaching staff and has been the RMAI National Director for the past 12 years. We will receive a free will offering to bless Bro. Jones during the retreat. Please make all checks payable to Midwest Believers Church or MBC. We will be meeting on Thursday afternoon, May 3rd at 12 noon, at Midwest Believers Church, located at 1802 Duncan Rd. Champaign, IL. We will have lunch, followed by an afternoon meeting. Dinner and an evening meeting are scheduled for Thursday night. We will dismiss on Friday, May 4th, after a morning session and catered lunch. Please note that you will only be staying one night. Costs for the retreat will be $235 per couple, and $195 per single. These costs cover one night at the Home2 Suites by Hilton and all the meals. There is a hot breakfast available at the hotel Friday morning. A portion of the fees also helps cover expenses for our guest minister. If you will be attending the retreat, but do not wish to stay in the hotel, the cost will be $115 per couple and $75 per single. Please note: we will be handling all hotel reservations for you. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL TO MAKE YOUR OWN RESERVATIONS. We have a block of rooms reserved for our group. All you need to do is register with us. The last day to register is April 15th. All of the rooms will be queen bed studios. The Home2 Suites is a brand new hotel (it opened February 1st) and is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel address is 2013 South Neil Street, Champaign, IL 61820. Dress for the event is casual. We want all of you to relax and enjoy a couple days of good fellowship and refreshing ministry. Please make checks payable to Midwest Believers Church. There is a registration slip at the bottom of this letter. Please detach the slip and mail your checks and registrations to our office NO LATER THAN April 15th. We must give the hotel a final count by April 15th. We have 30 rooms reserved. The 1st is the last day we can cancel a room, otherwise we have to pay for it whether you attend or not.
