The Bible includes many examples of partnership: David and Jonathan, Elijah and Elisha, Paul and Timothy, and many others. Jesus had disciples helping Him in His ministry. In fact, the word partners is first used in the New Testament in connection with a great harvest that Jesus provided.
Luke chapter 5 tells how the Lord told Peter to put his boat into deep water and let down his nets for a catch of fish. When Peter obeyed, he caught so many fish that the nets began to break and the boat wouldn't hold them all. Verse 7 says, ". . . they signaled to THEIR PARTNERS in the other boat to come and help them" (NKJV).
Without partners to take hold of the net with them, Peter and his men would have lost some of the harvest. When the partners helped, they caught so many fish, they were all astonished. In verse 10, Jesus told Peter and his partners, ". . . From now on you will catch men" (NKJV). And they did! These disciples partnered together to spread the Gospel and added to their number daily (Acts 2:47).
When you join with us, your partnership creates a ripple effect that will touch people around the world. Like the believers in Acts, you are making a difference in our world by committing to help us as we share the Gospel. Your prayers and your financial support are vital to what God is doing in the earth today through RHEMA's outreaches.
