The RHEMA Communications Department is seeking an experienced designer and strategic thinker to develop visual concepts for print materials, logos, event themes, Web content, and other design projects. Applicants must be proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and Freehand or Illustrator, and have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. This position requires a professional degree in design, art, or communication design, or a portfolio that demonstrates this level of experience. A minimum of three years’ experience in the field or in a related area is preferred. Candidates should include a resume and design portfolio with their application. Materials will not be returned.

The RHEMA Communications Department seeks a writer to be involved in all ministry programs and outreaches. Responsibilities include writing, editing, and proofreading copy for various products such as books, magazines, brochures, and correspondence representing the ministry in both the Christian and secular markets. Candidates must possess excellent writing skills (including grammar and spelling), be attentive to detail, and be able to work independently on routine assignments and consistently meet deadlines. A college degree in English or Journalism is preferred, but it is not required if work experience and skills levels are equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is necessary. Candidates should include a resume and portfolio with their application. Materials will not be returned.

Responsible to direct the efforts of the Project Management, Graphic Design and Editorial Staff. Oversight of all aspects of print publications (concept, design, content, editorial and production). This position requires excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to oversee operations, work on multiple projcts, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:

Applicants must have knowledge of primers, sealers, stainkillers, various types of paint, and wallcoverings. They must possess the ability to operate painting equipment, and finish wood surfaces and walls in new construction and remodeling. Three years’ of previous experience is preferred in commercial and residential painting techniques. Must be capable of a high degree of skill and expertise to produce consistent high-level quality in minimal time.

Carpenters inspect, repair, install, construct, and maintain campus buildings and other facilities. Applicants must possess a basic understanding of carpentry tools and general carpentry skills. Previous experience is necessary.

Applicants must be AES certified with bus and diesel experience. They should also be familiar with various types of indoor and outdoor mechanical equipment. A minimum of two years’ experience and a CDL license is required.

Groundskeepers mow and trim lawns, plant and maintain flowers, trees, and shrubs, remove snow and dirt, and occasionally assist other departments in a variety of jobs about the campus. Applicants must enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather and be comfortable operating outdoor machinery. Landscaping experience is helpful, but not required.

Project Managers are integrally involved in creative projects for all programs and outreaches. PMs organize and oversee the planning and implementation of materials and events in a variety of media (e.g. books, Web content and promotional pieces) and special events (e.g. WBS and Campmeeting). Candidates must be highly motivated and self-directed, have a heart to serve, and work well in a dynamic, dead-line oriented environment. The position requires knowledge of Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and multi-task. A college degree and/or relevant business experience is preferred. Candidates should include a resume.

The Shipping and Receiving Department is seeking a self-motivated individual that enjoys working in a production-oriented environment. Candidates must have good communication skills, be physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs, and able to work with others effectively as a team member. An understanding of basic inventory procedures is helpful.
Hours: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
Housekeeping is physically demanding and requires candidates to be self-motivated, attentive to detail, and enjoy repetitive tasks. Previous experience is helpful, but not required.
